To use an aromatherapy necklace, you can apply a few drops of essential oil to the necklace and then wear it:
Apply the oil:
Felt pad: Put 2–3 drops on the felt pad, then put the pad back into the pendant with the oil side facing out. Comes with 5 different colored felt pads.
Wear the necklace: Put on the necklace and move it closer to your nose to take a few deep breaths throughout the day.
Refresh: Some oils may last longer than others, so you can refresh it as needed.
Here are some tips for using an aromatherapy necklace:
Apply the oil to the part of the necklace that won’t touch your clothes to prevent staining.
You can change out the scent of your necklace by opening up the locket and changing out the felt pad.
